After weeks of water issues across Kent and Surrey, residents still have no answers about what the cause of the problem actually was.
Although South East Water are blaming the below-freezing temperatures for the water issues that have terrorised the South East, residents are still sceptical about whether that is the full truth.
There have been reports of brown and cloudy water coming out of taps once the water had been restored, followed by water boil notices in some areas.
The president of South East Water stepped down from his position two days after the initial problems that began in Tunbridge Wells in December last year, further causing speculation.
