Funkee Fitness moves to help Hurricane Melissa survivors

Hurricane Melissa caused devastation across various parts of the Caribbean, especially Jamaica. Nearly three million people have been affected by this tragedy.

The hurricane has destroyed homes and taken lives, and there are still rebuilding challenges that the community is facing.

Funkee Fitness hosted a ‘Moving for a Mission’ fundraising event to collect donations and come together to give back to the community.

We spoke to Kyle Murray, the founder of the fitness group ‘Funkee Fitness’, who himself is from a Jamaican background, about why this fundraiser was important to do.
