‘Save doctors, save patients, save our NHS’

After a breakdown in talks between the British Medical Association and the Department of Health, January 12 saw junior doctors go on strike for the first time since 1975 in an attempt to show their frustration towards the government’s proposals for new contracts.

Artefact was there to chronicle the action and speak to those members of the health service who had made the decision to leave their posts and join in with the protests.
