With AI at the forefront of innovation, there is a prevailing sense that it holds promise for transforming the way police forces operate by optimising resources and enhancing public safety.

However, the integration of AI into police practices seems to lag behind, leaving many to question why the benefits of these advancing technologies have not been fully realised.
