Are Lime bikes too dangerous for London?

The use of electric bikes is rising in London, but so is the number of accidents.

There are an estimated 20,000 Lime bikes around London. The transportation company also manufactures electric scooters, which are a controversial form of transport. The bikes are a fast and cheap way to travel for students, with the bikes starting at just £1 to unlock and 15p per minute to ride. But there are risks involved.
